In this project we sought and established a collaboration within a professional target group and context. We wanted to identify and develop a product that supports and improves work-life for a given professional user. 
Our outcome is a company overview showing the many departments and processes our collaborator works with. We identified a problem in the relabeling station, where our company is hired to repack and relabel products for the farming industry. One of their customers orders their labels for relabel on sheets instead of rolls. The backside (liner) of these labels on sheets is difficult to take off which takes more time and is frustrating for the workers. 
Our Stakeholder Maps shows all the partners that are involved in the problem with the labels on sheets. 
Our Service Design Blueprint shows the whole process from the start of an order until the products  are relabeled and are ready to be transported somewhere else. 
In our 7 different Solutions, we have looked into different ways we can change the outcome/the labels that the workers are using. We have identified different places higher up in the system where changes could be made to the outcome/the labels the workers are using. 
In the Cost/Time Analysis we have calculated the price, delivery time and the possible saved work time for our various solutions. We also look into which partners the possible extra expense will hit and what the workers' attitude is to the various solutions.
We have chosen Our Recommended Solution that we believe is the best for the company we are working with, their workers, the company that is getting their products relabeled, and the company that produces the labels today.
